My mantra for the season is " You know you're lazy when you get excited over cancelled plans". I thought it was funny at first, now I just feel sorry for myself =.=
I am literally forcing myself to go to the GNO. It's NOT that I don't love my friends or that I don't want to see them. I'm just so tired on a regular basis.
So... quick updates on life I guess?
Work life:
I've been working my usual day job and moonlighting on another design contract. I'm thinking of doing more than just sitting on my butt and waiting for projects to drop into my lap. (which is pretty much what's been happening so I'm not gonna whine about it). But it's a love & hate relationship.
House life:
I haven't done ANYTHING with the new place other than putting together my work station. At least we now have the internet :)
Love life:
I hope to not be single in my 30's. I love B to death. I do. It's just hard when the two of us have such strong personalities.
Beauty life:
My world is turning upside down right now. VASELINE has been my go to moisturizer for the past few weeks. It's so good at locking in moisture w/out the irritation.
Travel life:
I'm visiting VN again in June for 2 weeks. It's gonna be bonkers. I have relearn how to speak Vietnamese. I got yelled at over the phone by my grandma. She was freaking out that I couldn't speak Vietnamese. ..... Though honestly, ppl gotta give me a break, I have absolutely NO OPPORTUNITIES to speak Vietnamese in my life. It's either English or Japanese. All I get from my bf is "no more Pho".

Don't feel bad, I know what you mean about getting excited over cancelled plans! When it happens to me I jump and reach for the sky! I no longer have to shower, put on makeup, get dressed, figure out what shoes I have to wear and how to battle it out with the weather (since it's vancouver it will probably be rainy/chilly) lol Oh and lots of blogging/lazy time =P
Will you be getting married soon? <-- so straight forward hope you dont mind style LOL I think my bf and I are like you two too, we often argue because of our different views/beliefs of things, not because of things we actually did wrong to each other =S Though I guess it's good we get these things out before actually tying the know, which my bf has been talking about and it FREAKS the heck out of me! When he talks about "our" future I take a step back and think "whoa when did he ever get so serious" If I remember right, he was stressing out about "life together" a year or two back hahahaha don't get me wrong, I'm happy that he's thinking about me in his future of course.
My lips love vaseline, nuff said. You've been updating loads too YAY! I hope life is going smooth for you though it seems like it is! Oh and vietnam in july, how exciting!!! The only words I know in viet are "pho" ....and that noodle that sounds like "bum bah wei" which I call bom bom noodles and the number that sounds like "bah" LOL!
I'm glad I'm not the only hermit! Bf and I won't be getting married soon. We had a talk but we're not ready for it, financially and well he's still a young'in :)
It's really great that your bf is making future plans with you in mind! there's no point in dating someone long term if you don't wanna have a future with them. :)
And omg, I love bom bom noodles! It's one of my fav and that's such a cute name to call the dish. Lol! Things are chugging along nicely albeit a little slow. Hence the frequent updates but I'm trying to update more as well!
